Training

We believe a trained team is a loyal team because they are able to achieve better and more satisfying results.

All staff are required to undertake Workforce Skills Qualification training, but from there individuals are trained in areas that are specific to their application.

These include landscape operations, work at heights, excavator operation and pond management. In addition relevant staff undertake Skill Evaluation Certificate in electrical wiring, painting and welding among others.

All Supervisors have Workplace Safety Certification, and most have completed Construction Safety Orientation training.

Each staff member is required to undertake 20 hours of formal onsite and offsite training each year as a minimum, outside their specific equipment and discipline training.
